Q: Can I reserve a limousine for an event other than what I see here?
A: Absolutely! Simply fill out the Reservation Request form and give us the details. We'll contact you to discuss your plans.
Q: What is your coverage area? How far away can I go?
A. Our main service areas are The Parkland, St. Louis and Cape Girardeau. If you would like to travel beyond those points, please call 573-330-LIMO(5466) for additional information. Drive time charges may apply if your pick-up location is more than 30 minutes away from our base in Farmington, MO.
Q. Can we have beverages in the limousines?
A. Sure! If you are of legal drinking age (21), alcoholic beverages/coolers may be brought into the limousines for you to enjoy.
Q. Can we eat in the limousines?
A. No eating is allowed in the limousines.
Q. What if something accidentally gets broken?
A. The client reserving the limousine is responsible for his/her guests and assumes all financial responsibility for any damage to the limousines caused by client/guest whether by accident, neglect or intent. Regurgitation fees are $200, everything else to be estimated by a professional.
Q. How late/how many hours can we rent the limousine?
A. Luxury Limousine will chauffeur your group for a minimum of 4 paid hours and the maximum being however much fun you can stand!
Q. Do Holidays cost more?

Q. Can we bring our own music and movies?
A. You bet! Whatever your taste in music, each Luxury Limousine is equipped with a CD and DVD player to personalize your occasion.
Q. How do I pay for the limousine?
A. A $250 deposit is required at the time of booking. That deposit will be subtracted from your total bill at the end of your event as long as the limousine is clean and no damage has occurred to the interior or exterior of the vehicle that was the result of a client or guest. Bills must be paid in full at the end of your event. Your chauffeur will figure those charges and give you a receipt. Payment methods are Mastercard and Visa, Company or Personal Check, Traveler's Checks or Cash.
